Investment and acquisition activity
Neurionix operates as a real estate investment and acquisitions business. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and legally permitted, Neurionix is not acting as your real estate broker, agent, attorney, lender, tax adviser or appraiser.
Contract assignments
Where lawful and permitted by the applicable contract, Neurionix may assign contractual purchase rights to another buyer and may receive an assignment fee. Assignment transfers contractual rights; it does not by itself transfer ownership of real property.
No guarantees
Neurionix does not guarantee an offer, purchase price, closing date, investor return, financing, property condition or transaction outcome.
Independent advice
Property owners and investors should obtain independent legal, tax, financial and real estate advice appropriate to their circumstances and jurisdiction before signing transaction documents.

Separate transaction disclosures
Website disclosures do not replace notices, licenses or agreements required for a particular transaction. For transactions covered by Maryland Real Property §10-715, written notice to the owner is required before the purchase contract, and written notice to the prospective assignee is required before the assignment. The statute concerns specified owner-occupied residential transactions and includes exceptions and rescission provisions. Read the Maryland statute.
